With 20 years of experience in leadership, David knows that customers must come first. Leading device development projects, building factories from the ground up, and managing large-scale manufacturing facilities provided David with the necessary experience in project and budget management to ensure projects are managed and completed with success.

With several years of experience in the construction industry, Gustavo and his company, GSF Carpentry, have partnered with Northshore Construction and Remodeling as one company to execute all the different aspects of our projects. His crew is our crew. His expertise goes from framing to flooring and finishing, both on individual and commercial buildings. Gustavo is proud of having built GSF and is now excited to be able to scale it up by being a member manager of Northshore.

Kellen has spent most of her working experience supporting GSF Carpentry in office and operations management leading the effort of keeping all admin work away from Gustavo. At Northshore, she will continue to support these activities but also expand on managing field teams on various projects.
